After about 5 months time ,my regular Australian client was finally purchased another new order from us .

That was a really exciting day on 23th June !!! I should think his company especially his engineer Mr Geof gave up

our solutions driver fatigue detect MDVR ,because after many times upgraded experiences ,he still cannot make the good things happen.

To be honest ,our device has no any problem ,just for some rookies who has no any experience then will very hard to understand.

Since Geof was one old guy ,lack of patience ,if let him do the upgrade jobs for once or twice ,he can accept ,but do the third ,then he

will be crazy . At that time ,i really faced a big pressure ,that was afraid he will told his company boss say our device was not good ,too

hard to use ,then i will lost a good customer . But I have tried my best efforts to this client ,explain more details to him,but he was also one old guy ,

has no any knowledges about electronic products . Wow! I will be mad also ! After one week and another weeks ,i decided to email to his boss ,to let him

arrange one young guy who were familar with software and computer .Finally the boss let Mr John cordinate with me to do the same upgrade job .

This young guy was really good ,very strong understanding skill ,just spent 10 minutes ,then upgrade the MDVR successfully . I should appreciate him ,and his boss .

Because we’re really solved this issue and headache . Then i wrote emails to this client ,boss ,both of them felt happy like me .

After 3months ,this client didn’t tell me anything about MDVR and orders ,I asked him many times ,but he didn’t answer me positively ,

nor final results,just give me a long waiting .

On 23th June afternoon ,he told me need to make one order ,but need 4CH previous MDVR ,not 8CH ,and some of cameras . My heart was pounding very much ,

i’m finally wait for this day come, not too easy ,man ! I’ve gotten some new confidence again.

But after 4 months ,still no any new orders from him ,just purchased some cables and cameras ,and 2pcs WIFI 4G GPS HDD MDVR .

The installation speed was too slowly ,like a turtle crawl,still have 15pcs not installed . I jus think he will purchase two times again ,or three time if possible ,

but i think it will be too hard ,because now it’s the end of October ,November will come soon ,then will no any more days for 2023.

Anyway ,the whole business was not good during this year ,gave me more hard experience ,and pain etc . But I still hope everything will become well soon ,good luck and good
